It’s Bad out there when Superintendents are Covering Classes
You know it’s bad when the superintendents are forced to substitute teach. The sub drought shows no sign of abating. In most districts, it’s all hands on deck. with many school employees being pulled from their jobs and many people are literally being pulled off the street to help cover classes. Must admit, as a former teacher, it’s a great morale booster to see your superintendent in the trenches with you. That’s leadership!
